QR Code Enabled
The report cards come with QR codes, so they cannot be tampered with. The soft copy cannot be altered by anyone once the report cards are released. This increases the authenticity of the report cards and makes the entire process transparent.
Multiple Formats
Irrespective of the Board, the preferred report card format of the schools can be followed. The reports cards can be designed as single sheets, front and back covers, and with messages from Principal. Over 1000 formats have already been delivered.
Detailed Performance Analysis
A single sheet data analysis and data visualization cover the academic performance of all the students in the class. Grade-specific analysis and subject-wise bar graphs help parents and teachers interpret the result in detail.
Block Report Card
If the parent is a fee-defaulter or has not attended the parent-teacher-meeting, the school authorities can deny access to the respective student’s report card. This shows as a notification when the parent uses SkoolTree App to view the result.

Hassle-Free Marks Entry
Subject teachers can enter the marks for their specific subjects. Principal/admin can set a deadline (time and date) for subject teachers and separately for class-teachers after which they cannot modify the marks. This helps organize and streamline the entire mark-entry process.
